Determining user needs

I should start by asking what the user needs: do they want me to translate, summarize, source, or write an article? There's no need for me to run any shell commands. I can work on an English translation, create a natural-sounding paraphrase, and provide context, like a motivational quote before a game featuring Salah and Marmoush. I’ll also ask if they want a rewritten headline, a brief news summary, or a social post, while keeping everything concise.
